What a wonderful day to welcome back the Physics Relay after a two year gap. Thank you all for coming, tell your friends and lets see if we can get more teams next year. Maybe due to the gap Maths and Stats were not the dominant force they once were and even with their "secret weapon", the 80 year old Graham Jameson giving them a big correction factor they were behind "Environmental Data Sprinters" in the "age and gender corrected" category. Well done to "Whats the stori running glory" who just kept ahead of "Assume air resistance to be negligible" for the open prize and "Norfolk and Chance" for winning the mixed team prize. Special thanks to Ian Bailey for holding back a bus that threatened to interfere with proceedings on the second leg. We really need to get a full complement of marshalls next year. Thanks also to Rob Henderson for helping throughout the day as usual. Also thanks to the ground staff for providing the flags and opening one of the annoying new gates for us.
