To get started double click on the SeeVogh icon
Once at the SeeVogh web page click "Start"
When the sofware starts up, login when prompted to do so.
You can now choose the meeting you wish to join, and click on it to join it. There is a search feature at the bottom of the page, you can search by meeting or community name.
Once in a meeting you will see a screen like this...
All control is via the buttons at the top of the screen.
You should find that sound from the conference comes out of the Phoenix speakerphone, which is the grey object in the middle of the table. This is also the microphone into which you can speak.
In order to talk in your conference you need to be unmuted. Muting is controlled both through the SeeVogh button that looks like a microphone and the button on the speakerphone. Provided both are unmuted then you should see the blue bar next to the microphone icon respond when you are talking.
Video is controlled via the Vievo program. If anyone is broadcasting video then they should appear in this window. In order to broadcast your own video you need to turn on the camera. This is done by clicking on Start Video. AT PRESENT THIS IS NOT WORKING AND STOPS THE CAMERA WORKING FOR ANYONE ELSE. DO NOT USE VIDEO ON SeeVogh.
